Historically, Chase de Vere have relied on their in-house technical team to deliver support of the Cisco network across all 16 locations. The underlying network infrastructure formed the foundation for their digital operations however, aging hardware, a reactive hardware break/fix maintenance agreement and an internal knowledge gap introduced unnecessary risk and a potential headache.

The decision was made that an external partner with proven network expertise was required to become an extension of the Chase de Vere team, delivering a service level backed support contract. For this they chose Principle Networks.
Initially support was delivered on an ad hoc basis. This allowed Chase de Vere to ensure they were choosing the right network partner to integrate with their team.
As a valuable extension to their internal team, Principle Networks was then contracted to deliver enterprise level network support. Chase de Vere were fully onboarded onto Principle Networks Enterprise Management System to enable pro-active fault resolution. This, alongside direct access to 3rd line network specialists and comprehensive SLAs, results in a faster Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR) for network issues.
